We at Consolidated Explosives Group Corporation (CONEX), an authority in drilling and blasting, are committed to providing quality explosives & accessories, rock tools and services to the mining, energy and construction industries and other related sectors with utmost care of the environment and well-being of our personnel.

Cognizant of our corporate responsibilities to customer satisfaction, protection of the environment including prevention of pollution and creation of safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injury and ill health in the workplace, we shall implement an internationally recognized integrated Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental management system in all aspects of our operations and services.  Through this integrated management system, we shall:

    • Comply with applicable laws and regulations; relevant needs and expectations of our workers, customers and other stakeholders; industry initiatives and other requirements we subscribed to including the pre-requisites of our management system;
    • Optimize the use of electricity, paper, water, chemicals and other resources and where appropriate re-use, recycle and dispose all wastes we generate through safe and responsible methods;
    • Nurture our employees by providing appropriate training, means and avenues for consultation and participation on matters relating to the company’s Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental performance to maintain a competent and reliable workforce;
    • Employ responsible methods and technologies to prevent adverse impacts of our products and services to the Environment, Safety and Health of our personnel and to continually enhance customer satisfaction.
    • EXecute meaningful Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental objectives aimed at improving the efficiency of our operations and the quality of our products and services for sustainable growth.

This Quality, Safety, Health and Environment policy shall be communicated throughout the company to ensure that it continuously provide us overall direction in improving customer satisfaction, well being of workers and environmental protection including pollution prevention.
